Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations while driving sales through cross-selling and upselling. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
