Handle litigated casualty claims with independent judgment. Conduct investigations and evaluate coverage, liability, and resolution strategies, then select and collaborate with defense counsel to manage lawsuits. Oversee litigation expenses and ensure billing and Outside Counsel Guidelines compliance. Train and mentor others and maintain thorough documentation in claim files. Work remotely from home in Ohio and support the Greater Cleveland area.
