•Lead and mentor engineering and technical management teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
•Oversee architecture decisions, security practices, and compliance across platforms and services
•Collaborate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and innovation in cloud technologies
•Manage budgets, vendor relationships, risk management and cross-functional execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated track record of leadership in technology, engineering or technical management roles at executive level
•Strong background in cloud computing, security, and enterprise software architectures
•Experience shaping technology strategy, roadmaps and budgets in large organizations
•Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to influence executives and customers
•Fluency in English; German language skills preferred for Germany-market execution
