Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain financial books of record for the Cwmbran, Mitcheldean, and Leamington ledgers and use accounting information to support business decisions.
  • •Develop robust forecasts and budgets, drive local performance through management information, and own local site P&L and end-to-end profitability.
  • •Support strategic initiatives and cost efficiency projects, including revenue growth, EBT, cashflow, and working capital efficiency.
  • •Drive financial controls and compliance, including SOX compliance and risk management, and implement SAP financials aligned with the shared service model.
  • •Coaching and business partnering: support sales and operations against forecast/profit plan, provide financial input to meetings (e.g., S&OP, PSI, tollgates), and contribute to trading results and tender vet preparation.

  • •High calibre ACA/CIMA qualification with strong commercial and operational exposure.
