Job Summary

Supervise poultry processing production lines to ensure procedures comply with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and federal/state regulations while driving productivity and meeting customer specifications. Manage and deploy up to 100 employees, oversee daily reporting and performance improvement plans, identify process optimization opportunities, and partner with Quality Assurance to maintain a safe environment. Lead safety initiatives, train and coach teams, and support cross-department and shift goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise production line/department personnel to ensure procedures follow Company policies and federal/state regulations while meeting productivity and customer specifications.
•Manage production schedules by establishing procedures, adjusting processes, deploying and rotating personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
•Ensure accurate daily reporting is completed and recorded, including departmental reports, attendance/staffing, and yields.
•Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization and lead or participate in process improvements while monitoring metrics and responding to trends.
•Partner with Quality Assurance for a food-safe, sanitary environment; mentor, coach, train, and manage performance improvement and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting.
•Knowledge of poultry processing and food safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, GMP, and HACCP.
•1+ year leadership experience, including timekeeping requirements, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
