Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a team to create an aftermarket strategy and offering management function for mission-readiness services.
  • •Develop and run an approach to understanding the defense competitive landscape and positioning services to win.
  • •Partner with divisions and business lines to create scalable, deliverable, and profitable service offerings.
  • •Oversee a portfolio of strategic service offerings and monitor opportunities and risks across Mission Readiness services.
  • •Convene hypothesis-driven business analyses and coordinate with Finance and Contracts to refine service economics and measurable success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field.
  • •15+ years of professional experience across business strategy, product management, business analysis, and/or related areas such as MRO, field services, or finance.
  • •Minimum of two years of experience directly managing 5+ employees.
  • •Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Security clearance.
