Dry Etch Principal Process Development Engineer

Advance and improve plasma dry etch processes for next-generation Micron DRAM memory. You’ll guide work from concept through process development to integration in production, collaborating with process integration, electrical failure analysis, yield improvement, manufacturing, and equipment engineers. Responsibilities include developing DRAM dry etch processes, performing root-cause and failure-mode analysis, designing experiments and analyzing data to boost capability and yield, and supporting transfer from development to manufacturing. You’ll also grow into a leader shaping dry etch technology roadmaps.
