Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions across the Baltics, from sourcing and attracting candidates to coordinating interviews, supporting assessments, and helping drive hiring decisions. Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and shape recruitment strategies, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Also contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, within a collaborative Baltic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
•Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
•Coordinate interviews and facilitate assessments to support hiring decisions.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines and contribute to recruitment process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,950 - 2,800 monthly

•Have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a similar role.
•Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels.
•Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Be solution-oriented, comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
•Be fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
