Job Summary

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies by planning experiments, collecting/analyzing data, and performing hardware characterization. Troubleshoot complex hardware issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and define validation strategies and test plans for modules and sub-modules. Integrate new hardware technologies and analytical instrumentation into development and manufacturing, collaborate cross-functionally with design/manufacturing/quality teams, and mentor junior engineers while leading small technical initiatives.
