Job Summary

Lead end-to-end construction projects for large-scale data centers in Querétaro, Mexico. Own planning, scheduling, execution, governance, change control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to meet time, cost, technical performance, and budget requirements. Manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders, and deliver detailed project reporting and performance analysis to executives and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of data center construction projects using clear success criteria across time, cost, technical aspects, and performance.
•Develop and implement project governance frameworks, project management processes, and risk mitigation strategies to support resilience in dynamic environments.
•Manage project budgets, track costs, forecast financial performance, and maintain detailed financial documentation for accountability.
•Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet industry standards and organizational expectations.
•Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to enable smooth delivery and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
•5–7 years of professional project management experience, preferably leading data center construction or large infrastructure projects.
•Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence.
•Strong project management software knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
•Financial acumen to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and maintain detailed financial documentation.
