Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues in partnership with store leadership
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs
