Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve React Native experiences across key customer workflows, owning complex features end to end and contributing to technical design.
  • •Contribute to evolving a modern, scalable React Native architecture by simplifying complexity and establishing effective patterns across the codebase.
  • •Operate shipped software in production by ensuring availability, performance, accuracy, security, scalability, and participating in incident response and post-mortems.
  • •Improve engineering efficiency by removing friction, simplifying technical systems, and using automation and AI-assisted development to shorten feedback loops.
  • •Raise the engineering bar through mentoring, technical guidance, and thoughtful code reviews to improve both software quality and team capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong, demonstrable experience building and shipping production mobile applications using React Native.
  • •Experience building mobile software at scale, including performance, reliability, release management, and observability.
  • •Owned complex mobile features end to end, from technical design and implementation through release, measurement, and ongoing operation.
  • •Comfort working across the mobile/backend boundary, with experience in mobile backend systems, APIs, or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
  • •Experience shipping software to large, active user bases and understanding how architecture changes as systems and usage scale.
