Production Lead

Lead and participate in store production operations to meet safety and performance goals. Monitor store production functions to ensure compliance with company policies, environmental and safety procedures, and applicable laws. Oversee housekeeping and preventative maintenance, support equipment care, and partner with sales and production teams to improve results. Assist with hiring, training, delegation, scheduling, and evaluate production staff performance, while helping in customer care and production duties as needed.
