Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures, setting the standard for safe behavior and reducing safety risks and hazards.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and modify/write PLC programs as required, including situational assessment of equipment failures and failures-to-corrective action.
  • •Conduct thorough root cause analysis and follow up to ensure optimal corrective action and minimize repeat failures.
  • •Document maintenance activity in the CMMS, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and communicate with operations personnel to resolve abnormal equipment conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated competency aligned to the IMRT I, II, III classifications’ competency matrix.
  • •Ability to proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge of performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
  • •High school diploma (preferably with vocational focus); associate’s degree in mechatronics or industrial maintenance is preferred.
