Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in a STEM field with a minimum of 8 years of directly related engineering experience (or a STEM Masters with 6 years related experience).
  • •Experience in systems engineering (or related) with a focus on test requirements development, test methodologies, and integration/verification/validation for test.
  • •Experience developing, decomposing, and/or managing system requirements across a product lifecycle from design through transition to production.
  • •Experience with test-related activities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Experience with model-based engineering processes, techniques, and tools (Rhapsody, IBM Rational Model Manager, Cameo Systems Modeler/Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud) and SysML and/or UML.
