  • •Manage and deliver packaging projects, including NPD, EPD, productivity initiatives, CAPEX projects, and technical transfers.
  • •Lead packaging validation activities to ensure equipment, processes, and changes are qualified and compliant through IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • •Provide technical expertise for manufacturing support, resolving packaging-related issues to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • •Coordinate packaging trials and manage factory change control so packaging changes are assessed, validated, and implemented effectively.
  • •Coach and develop Packaging Technicians and drive continuous improvement to enhance packaging processes, reduce complexity, and standardise ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years experience within a Packaging Technician/ Techologist role.
  • •Experience within packaging, manufacturing, engineering or technical operations.

  • •Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
