Provide warm, confident customer service as a stylist and product advisor, helping guests discover their personal style and incorporating Kate Spade items into their wardrobe. Drive sales through storytelling and product knowledge, suggest add-ons, and guide customers through seamless checkout. Maintain operational excellence with stockroom organization and POS transactions while giving and receiving feedback. Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy/high-traffic days.
