Lead Levi’s most strategic retail channel in Mexico, overseeing 35 Mainline stores across the country through a team of 3 District Managers. Key Responsibilities

•Lead Levi’s Mainline retail channel in Mexico, managing 35 stores through 3 District Managers and indirect leadership of store teams.
•Own P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, and EBIT targets, while driving operational efficiency and profitable growth.
•Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and consumer acquisition; manage cost control and margin management.
•Ensure operational excellence across locations (inventory management, shrink control, compliance, safety) and improve operational KPIs and customer service metrics.
•Lead change management, support store openings/remodels/relocations, and coach/develop retail leaders and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•10 years working in the retail industry.
•8+ years of retail management experience with at least 5 years leading multi-unit retail operations.
•Experience managing large geographic territories and multiple store formats.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
•Experience leading leaders (e.g., District Managers/Regional Managers) and delivering commercial and operational results with strong analytical and KPI skills.
