Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support as an independent contractor in Loula’s network.
  • •Complete Loula’s onboarding process by submitting an interest form and screening questions.
  • •Deliver doula care while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment.
  • •Participate in client referral/doula matching through Loula’s Care Navigator.
  • •Meet the stated qualification requirements to support eligibility for introductory meetings in California.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation, OR 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out to get set up.
