Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR representation and input on employee coaching, conduct, corrective action, and complaint resolutions across all shifts.
  • •Recommend and advise management on organizational issues to support a positive, high-performance, ethically compliant work environment and turnover reduction.
  • •Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify opportunities to improve turnover, retention, and engagement indicators.
  • •Administer and update HR policies and practices in line with local, state, and federal regulatory laws, partnering with the Plant HRBP.
  • •Support employee benefits and leave counseling (including short/long-term disability and FMLA) and handle related administrative duties; lead onboarding/offboarding process improvements.

Key Requirements
