Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines.
  • •Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors.
  • •Lead incident response for high-severity content violations and crisis scenarios.
  • •Define and track governance KPIs and produce regular transparency reports for leadership.
  • •Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements.
