Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium upgrade products and experiences to general admission patrons.
  • •Handle VIP sales end-to-end from pitching to payment processing and experience fulfillment.
  • •Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
  • •Anticipate VIP client needs to drive guest satisfaction and build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
  • •Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security and execute nightly VIP setup (check-in, seating areas, personalization, signage).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations
