Job Summary

Sell VIP upgrades and premium experiences to general admission concert patrons on nights of shows, handling sales from pitch through payment and fulfillment. You’ll check in, escort, and assist VIP guests to ensure a smooth VIP experience, build relationships with VIP clients, and recognize Foundation Members and executives. Coordinate with the Ops Director, servers, and security for nightly delivery, and execute VIP setup including seating, personalization, and signage.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium upgrade experiences to general admission patrons.
•Handle VIP sales from pitch through payment processing and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Coordinate nightly operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
•Execute nightly VIP setup including check-in, VIP seating areas, table top personalization, and signage as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP night club operations and guest relations.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.

•Maintain a flexible schedule and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
