Job Summary

Own key FP&A activities supporting corporate finance and senior leadership decision-making. Drive Zero Based Budgeting and quarterly headcount/operating expense forecasting, deliver stakeholder reporting, and compile/analyze financial trends. Build and maintain financial reporting metrics, interpret data for recommendations, and partner across the business to explain financial impacts. Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting, support ad-hoc analysis, and improve processes using technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Zero Based Budgeting and quarterly forecasting for headcount and operating expenses.
•Produce quarterly reporting to stakeholders and partner with the business.
•Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information and trends; summarize and present findings to senior management with recommendations.
•Develop and maintain processes/reports and integrated financial reporting metrics to track key business metrics.
•Support ad-hoc data analysis and cross-functional reporting as a subject matter expert; recommend process improvements and cross-train team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,588,350 - 2,647,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting concentration (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years’ experience in an FP&A related role.
•Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practices.
•Advanced Excel modeling skills with excellent communication.
•Hands-on experience with OneStream and/or Workday Adaptive Planning, plus strong PowerPoint skills.
•Preferably knowledge of Tableau and Micro-Strategy, with IT/software background as a plus.
