Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Zero Based Budgeting and quarterly forecasting for headcount and operating expenses.
  • •Produce quarterly reporting to stakeholders and partner with the business.
  • •Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information and trends; summarize and present findings to senior management with recommendations.
  • •Develop and maintain processes/reports and integrated financial reporting metrics to track key business metrics.
  • •Support ad-hoc data analysis and cross-functional reporting as a subject matter expert; recommend process improvements and cross-train team members.

Salary: INR 1,588,350 - 2,647,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting concentration (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years’ experience in an FP&A related role.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practices.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills with excellent communication.
  • •Hands-on experience with OneStream and/or Workday Adaptive Planning, plus strong PowerPoint skills.
  • •Preferably knowledge of Tableau and Micro-Strategy, with IT/software background as a plus.
