Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for end-to-end delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes through complex global change programmes.
•Own and run portfolio governance across Value Streams and Sub-Value Streams, partnering with Business Transformation portfolio teams for joined-up oversight.
•Establish effective governance and oversight, including portfolio forums, working groups, escalation routes, and executive briefings.
•Proactively identify early warning indicators of delivery risk (schedule, scope, cost, resourcing, dependency health) and drive resolution with Tech Leads and stakeholders.
•Ensure reporting standards and quality assurance across SVS, including maintaining Technology RAIDs in the System of Record (Clarity) and conducting data quality checks.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
•Develop AI-enabled applications, APIs, and reusable components for internal tools and enterprise use cases.
•Build and improve retrieval workflows (document processing, chunking, embeddings, search, ranking, grounding, and answer quality controls).
•Implement agentic workflows and multi-agent patterns for automation, reasoning loops, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
•Use at least one agent framework/library (e.g., LangChain, Azure Agent Framework, Google ADK) and design evaluations for prompts, agents, and RAG pipelines.
