Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist pediatricians and nurses in providing care to infants, children, and adolescents during outpatient visits.
  • •Prepare examination and treatment rooms and measure/record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, blood pressure, height, weight, and head circumference.
  • •Support patient assessment by collecting basic medical history from parents/caregivers and help maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
  • •Provide age-appropriate comfort and reassurance to children and assist with specimen collection and transportation as directed.
  • •Assist with outpatient procedures (including vaccinations, dressings, and wound care), maintain infection prevention and safety standards, and ensure adequate medical supply stock.
