Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of manufacturing inventory work by connecting multiple business parts including Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and TD.
  • •Analyze weekly wafer starts/outs business processes and provide direction based on line performance to enable wafer-out commitments.
  • •Collaborate across site planning and engineering teams to optimize inventory control mechanisms and improve supply/demand commitment.
  • •Identify and track key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) for the fab; participate in inventory forums and deploy BKMs to the Boise HVM fab.
  • •Own and maintain site inventory metrics, business processes, and reports; develop initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 24 months of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with inventory control applications including LPI, RR, and Teamcenter.
  • •Fluency in line management and inventory control concepts, including optimizing inventory control mechanisms.
  • •Ability to identify and define intersections of HVM and TD inventory requirements and track/integrate cycle time objectives.
  • •Ability to monitor inventory projects, track key fab inventory KPIs, and deploy best practices (BKMs) across the site.
