Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, repair, and maintain boiler and heating plant equipment and system components including gaskets, regulators, valves, piping, tubes, and shells.
  • •Service, maintain, and replace feed water systems and chemical feed systems dedicated to the boiler/heating plants.
  • •Insulate and paint plant and distribution equipment and piping.
  • •Install, service, repair, and maintain steam and hot water distribution and condensate return equipment and related piping.
  • •Complete job-related paperwork, including daily work order logs documenting inspections, maintenance, repairs, materials used, and hours worked.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of four (4) years’ experience maintaining boilers or steam and condensate systems.
  • •Willing and available to work various shifts as required.
  • •Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Favorable National Agency Check and receive a security clearance up to and including SECRET (or pass a National Agency Check).
