Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions with an AI-first mindset.
•Develop backend services and domain logic layers, using Apex as a server-side programming environment.
•Build API-first, event-driven integrations across distributed systems using REST, Platform Events, and middleware.
•Create scalable applications with Lightning Web Components, Angular, and React, focusing on service orchestration and performance.
•Implement observability and reliability patterns, drive technical debt remediation, and improve test coverage and platform hardening.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
•8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC/LWR, APIs) with strong SQL knowledge and exposure to AI/ML integrations.
•Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, or middleware (MuleSoft).
•Experience building scalable enterprise workloads with performance optimization and platform health assessments.
•Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud (Communities), including modern Salesforce DevOps practices (GitHub, SFDX, CI/CD).
