Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement change & adoption plans for large-scale and complex IT initiatives, aligned to objectives, benefits, schedules, and stakeholder requirements
  • •Identify and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring needs and concerns are documented and incorporated to secure commitment
  • •Manage the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development materials supporting adoption of project deliverables
  • •Lead change management activities including change risk and impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, and facilitation of focus groups/workshops
  • •Prepare and present progress reports with status, insights, and recommendations for SteerCo and project managers

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record implementing change plans and building a change management practice
  • •Prior experience in large-scale or complex IT project change management
  • •Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Psychology
  • •PROSCI or CCMP certification considered desirable
  • •Ability to hold Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain a Baseline clearance
