  • •Drive financial results by building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding the portfolio and market presence.
  • •Ensure disciplined client coverage by understanding objectives, identifying optimal client solutions, and delivering best-in-class client experiences.
  • •Partner across the firm to deliver the whole bank, identify opportunities, and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • •7+ years of commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management for middle market/corporate clients.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking products/services and ability to assess prospect/client needs with financial acumen.
  • •Formal credit training (commercial credit certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience.
  • •Strong communication, organizational skills, self-starter mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities and timely escalate risks/issues.
