Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes and assist in installation/qualification of process equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day process and equipment issues; respond to process control alarms with course correction and escalation.
  • •Collect and analyze process control data during shifts; perform standard tests to ensure proper system operation.
  • •Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and replacing pumps; calibrate instrumentation per ISO instructions.
  • •Manage hazardous waste handling (collect/label/store) and respond to hazardous material spills according to HAZMAT standards; maintain accurate records and provide training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Meet one year of FS technical experience or one year of industrial/commercial operations/technical setting experience, or have an associate’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting is preferred.
  • •General understanding of wet chemical processes and chemical compatibilities is required.
  • •Ability to operate PLC-controlled equipment and mechanical equipment, with strong safety awareness and good English communication skills.
