Job Summary

Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes according to work instructions, including troubleshooting process/equipment issues and supporting installation/qualification of process equipment. Monitor and respond to process control alarms, collect and analyze process data, perform standard tests, and handle minor maintenance such as pump troubleshooting and replacement. Support hazardous waste handling and spill response, calibrate instrumentation per ISO work instructions, maintain records, and provide training on shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes and assist in installation/qualification of process equipment.
•Troubleshoot day-to-day process and equipment issues; respond to process control alarms with course correction and escalation.
•Collect and analyze process control data during shifts; perform standard tests to ensure proper system operation.
•Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and replacing pumps; calibrate instrumentation per ISO instructions.
•Manage hazardous waste handling (collect/label/store) and respond to hazardous material spills according to HAZMAT standards; maintain accurate records and provide training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.56 - 25.96 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Meet one year of FS technical experience or one year of industrial/commercial operations/technical setting experience, or have an associate’s degree in a technical discipline.
•Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting is preferred.
•General understanding of wet chemical processes and chemical compatibilities is required.
•Ability to operate PLC-controlled equipment and mechanical equipment, with strong safety awareness and good English communication skills.
