Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct detailed and complex vehicle inspections according to Manheim inspection standards.
  • •Locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer lots while verifying VINs, mileage, and options.
  • •Document exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, seating, dashboard, and installed options; note damage or missing components.
  • •Manage daily inspection schedules across dealer locations and adapt to appointment changes to ensure effective coverage.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity/production reports and collaborate with Manheim teams to support continuous improvement and client success.
