Join the Retail Personal Banker I onboarding program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Partner with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers and deliver holistic financial solutions while supporting risk management and ethical conduct.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions, including completing S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS at the time of employment.
