Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult and support a dedicated product category by preparing, analyzing, and reporting calculatory KPIs across the collection development process.
  • •Analyze financial and commercial performance for the assigned category and prepare forecasts to support decision-making.
  • •Provide ad-hoc analyses and information needs for the assigned business unit and the Finance organization.
  • •Manage monthly closing and the financial forecasting process within the category FP&A team.
  • •Drive improvement of controlling instruments, reports, planning tools, and support development and standardization of data structures.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field with strong understanding of financial and commercial business drivers.
  • •Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or related functions, translating financial insights into business decisions and performance improvements.
  • •Strong business acumen and holistic understanding of end-to-end business processes to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Advanced analytical and conceptual skills to identify trends, assess business impacts, and recommend actions for decision-making.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to leverage digital tools and data-driven insights.
