Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day technician activities in the Power Electronics Test & Validation lab, aligning support to program priorities, validation schedules, and engineering needs
  • •Coordinate technician assignments, workload balancing, and lab resource utilization for multiple concurrent programs
  • •Oversee power electronics testing (functional, environmental, thermal, durability, software, and end-of-line validation) and ensure test plans are executed safely and on schedule
  • •Drive lab readiness by maintaining test stations, instrumentation, fixtures, consumables, and supporting infrastructure
  • •Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause investigations, and maintain accurate documentation of test setups, results, and lab processes
