Sr. Corporate Counsel, Securities

Provide solutions-based legal counsel to internal clients on complex securities law compliance, corporate governance, and board support. Own compliance and governance processes, architect and implement a securities-law compliance framework across key regulations, and manage offerings and equity compensation matters. Partner with Finance and Accounting on internal controls and audit compliance, negotiate corporate transactions, and draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements.
