Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients in courteous conversation and completing complex and standardized transactions accurately.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, to improve their experience.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying needs or opportunities for referrals.
