Job Summary

Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors while loading/unloading cars on custom haulers and ensuring each vehicle is safe to drive through regular inspections. Complete customer paperwork and add detailed notes in the customer tracking system, while maintaining a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. This onsite role includes an 11am–9pm shift and performance-based earning growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
•Requires the ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
