Operate grain bagging machines during harvest season and grain bag extractors during off-harvest season, ensuring efficient, timely bagging and reclaiming of corn, wheat, and soybeans. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on feed mill equipment, conduct quality control of bagged bushels, and monitor shrinkage. Work safely and comply with environmental, EMS/IPS, and animal wellbeing policies while communicating with farmers and drivers.

•Bag corn, wheat, and soybeans during harvest in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

•Operate bagging/reclaiming equipment safely and productively.
•Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Agriculture or mechanical experience preferred.
•Ability to operate a tractor, auger, and conveyor.
•Capable of performing essential job duties satisfactorily.
