Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead administration and delivery of major, high-value road and transport infrastructure contracts to meet time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual objectives.
  • •Undertake Superintendent/Contract Administrator/Administrator’s Representative/Principal’s Representative roles as required by the project and client.
  • •Provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through completion and close-out.
  • •Manage and administer complex construction contracts in line with contractual requirements, TMR standards, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • •Lead assessment and resolution of variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, and other commercial matters, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by Engineers Australia.
  • •RPEQ registration.
  • •Extensive experience administering and delivering major road infrastructure projects.
  • •Significant experience acting as a Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative.
  • •Strong experience with complex road infrastructure contracts and contract administration (variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, notices, disputes, and contractor performance).
