Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, develop, and support the studio team to articulate and deliver the Lucid brand and ownership experience.
  • •Coach the team to meet test drive, delivery, and productivity goals through hands-on leadership and role-playing in customer-facing locations.
  • •Train and develop team members on Lucid products and delivery processes; ensure product knowledge and competitive landscape fluency.
  • •Own studio operations to ensure a frictionless customer journey from reservation through delivery, including leads, appointments, reservations, and scheduling.
  • •Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies, set individual goals, and create monthly attainment plans communicated to the team.
