Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate windchill projects across offshore and onsite teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables within defined budgets per sprint targets.
  • •Drive solution design, configurations, and customization decisions for Windchill and related products, producing technical documentation and best-practice guidelines.
  • •Coordinate with leads/architects across integration, data migration, and downstream systems to ensure data availability and services access.
  • •Manage customer requirements through functional teams, clarify user stories, and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • •Oversee project management practices and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and performance/integrity metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years experience in Windchill and Windchill Customization/Configurations/Migrations
  • •Strong Windchill PLM, ThingWorx, and related products with adjacent applications (e.g., CAPA/NC)
  • •Experience in solution design, configurations, customization decisions, and technical documentation
  • •Ability to implement customer-specific practices and standards and drive industry best practices
  • •Strong exposure to integration with upstream/downstream applications (CAD, ERP, MES, MDM, PIM) and DevOps (CI/CD); proficient in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies
