Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day interactions with assigned enterprise clients as a key point of contact for operational, commercial, and product discussions.
  • •Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Visa Direct products and contributing to annual account plans.
  • •Partner with Directors, Legal, and Commercial teams on commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
  • •Coordinate issue resolution, manage service-related follow-ups, and support client engagement to drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •5–7+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally in transaction banking, payments, fintech, consulting, or account management.
  • •Solid understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and B2B payment solutions.
  • •Experience managing complex client engagements and influencing stakeholders.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
