Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own enterprise AI appliance product vision and lifecycle, from concept inception and market validation through technical development, roadmap ownership, launch, GTM, channel enablement, and post-launch growth.
  • •Build and maintain business case and multi-year roadmap for the AI appliance portfolio, including competitive positioning, market sizing, partner economics, and ROI/TCO modeling.
  • •Lead AI appliance channel enablement: pricing strategy, BOM ownership, route-to-market playbooks, partner training, and co-sell execution with channel partners.
  • •Own AMD’s most strategic ISV relationships end-to-end, including executive engagement, joint business planning, co-sell execution, solution certification, and marketing co-investment.
  • •Serve as program deputy for the partnership program, running executive partner and customer meetings, managing metrics/executive reporting, and driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate integrations and launches.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in ISV/technology partner management, technical product management, business development, or ecosystem strategy within enterprise AI, semiconductor, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise AI deployment, including LLM inference/fine-tuning, RAG and AI agent architectures, MLOps, and AI serving frameworks (vLLM, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime).
  • •Track record building and scaling strategic ISV partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes (co-sell revenue, solution launches, certifications, and pipeline).
  • •Ability to identify enterprise pain points and formulate product concepts with business case, TCO model, and roadmap to bring them to market.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Data Science) strongly preferred; MBA is a plus.
