Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers by creating a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and resolving client needs quickly.
  • •Build and maintain daily client relationships and educate guests on ALO’s product, community, and culture.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
