Job Summary

Support the Americas Head of Business Management with disciplined financial management and governance across the Americas. Lead Mexico monthly forecasting and actuals reporting, coordinate workforce planning interlock and FRC support, act as Americas SRO/ATO lead with required documentation, and drive Americas indirect cost management. Produce decision-ready MI, dashboards, variance commentary, and audit-trail governance while partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to monitor spend, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Mexico monthly forecasting and actuals reporting, coordinating the end-to-end rhythm, validating assumptions, and consolidating outputs into decision-ready packs and dashboards.
•Support workforce planning interlock and FRC submissions by coordinating headcount changes, tracking approvals, resolving data gaps, and ensuring updates are reflected in planning tools.
•Act as Americas SRO/ATO lead by coordinating governance routines, maintaining evidence packs and documentation, tracking risks/issues, and escalating blockers with recommendations.
•Manage Americas CTB FRP demand and US portfolio governance, including FRP, PI planning and budgets, and prepare materials for governance forums.
•Own Americas indirect cost management cadence by monitoring spend and forecasting outcomes, identifying variances, and partnering with Finance and business stakeholders for control routines.

Key Requirements

•Experience coordinating monthly reporting cycles (actuals and forecast) and producing leadership-ready MI.
•Strong ability to interpret data, explain variances, identify drivers, and articulate implications and actions.
•Experience supporting headcount management, approval workflows, and governance submissions with strong documentation and audit-trail discipline.
•Comfort working with planning tools such as Anaplan (or similar), plus Excel and PowerPoint to build packs and reconcile data.
•Practical experience operating within governance and control frameworks with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
