Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end Mexico monthly forecasting and actuals rhythm across relevant Finance and business stakeholders.
  • •Validate inputs, assumptions, and run-rate logic; consolidate decision-ready packs and dashboards with variance drivers, risks, and required actions.
  • •Coordinate workforce planning interlock by managing headcount changes, approvals, and FRC support, ensuring updates are reflected in planning tooling.
  • •Act as the Americas SRO/ATO lead, coordinating governance routines with suppliers and contract owner teams and maintaining evidence packs, status reporting, and adherence to policy/control expectations.
  • •Own Americas indirect cost management cadence, partnering with stakeholders to monitor spend, forecast outcomes, identify variances, and drive disciplined control routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating monthly reporting cycles for actuals and forecast, producing leadership-ready MI.
  • •Ability to interpret data, explain variances, identify drivers, and articulate implications and actions.
  • •Experience supporting headcount management, approval workflows, and governance submissions with strong documentation and audit trail discipline.
  • •Comfort working with planning tools such as Anaplan and with Excel and PowerPoint to build management packs and reconcile data.
  • •Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline.
