Job Summary

AECOM seeks a CEI Senior Inspector to join our team in Port St Lucie, FL, supporting construction engineering and inspection efforts. You will perform complex field surveying and construction layout, verify computations, inspect work, mentor junior inspectors, manage timelines, and contribute to turnover documentation to ensure FDOT standards and project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform highly complex technical assignments related to field surveying and construction layout, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications
•Verify engineering computations, inspect construction work, and conduct field testing to maintain quality and compliance standards
•Coordinate, supervise, and provide guidance to junior inspectors to ensure consistent execution of inspection activities
•Maintain project timelines and deadlines to support overall project delivery and monitor progress
•Contribute to documentation for area and equipment turnover packages and participate in punch list development, system testing, and commissioning activities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma plus 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•U.S. Citizenship is required
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
