Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and HR management to deliver Total Rewards solutions that support business objectives.
  • •Lead sales and local incentive review, including advisory support and effectiveness studies.
  • •Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles.
  • •Manage off-cycle compensation reviews and oversee benefits programs for competitiveness and retention.
  • •Drive AP regional Total Rewards initiatives and global projects, including compensation benchmarking, year-end planning, AIM/equity programs, and Workday implementation/change management.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in a multinational corporation, with preferred experience in North and Southeast Asia.
  • •Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices, labor laws, and market trends.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in HRIS, with mastery of the Workday system preferred.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively with HR teams and people leaders.
