Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs within the Silicon Operations team.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality ASIC delivery that meets customer needs.
  • •Work with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing test and quality issues.
  • •Drive component failure analysis, containment, and root cause corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with ASIC design teams, NPI teams, and manufacturing partners to triage failures and manage OSAT production test activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • •9+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering
  • •Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8) for characterization and production testing
  • •Experience with logic or SRAM and Voltage/Frequency characterization
  • •Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP software or other tools
