Job Summary

Lead strategic operational initiatives that improve banking processes and ensure accurate data collection across enterprise systems. Collaborate with development teams and senior leadership to design and integrate complex, multi-system workflows, define business requirements, and drive project planning through testing and deployment. Create user-friendly solutions, document and communicate changes, and mentor junior operations business analysts. Own complex problem resolution while providing stakeholder updates, including to executive leadership.

•Lead design of products and features to enhance user experience and improve data availability across multiple banking business units.
•Collaborate with development teams and senior leadership to design and integrate complex processes spanning multiple systems.
•Lead and prioritize team initiatives, manage multiple complex projects, drive iterative improvements, and strategically address tech debt.
•Partner with teams, managers, and executives to develop data-driven solution designs; document process improvement needs and present recommendations.
•Facilitate enterprise-level project planning: define business and reporting requirements, lead application testing, ensure successful deployment, and manage change management including training and communication.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management, Process Improvement, System Design, or a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Masters or MBA preferred.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management.
•Intermediate to advanced experience in data analytics and business intelligence, including data science, Power BI, and SQL; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO.
•Intermediate to advanced project management experience, with the ability to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
